Wanted: Haynes LJD Flute firstname.lastname@example.org - Santa Rosa, CA USA - Monday, March 26, 2001
I am looking for a Haynes LJD (Deveau) model flute. It MUST have an offset G and preferably a B foot. If yours is missing its headjoint, that is not a problem. I would be just as happy if a headjoint came with the the flute! Condition is not terribly important.
SOLD! Piccolo for sale Rose_Frank@msn.com - College Park, MD USA - Friday, March 23, 2001
Didn't find what you wanted at the Flute Fair? I have a 1999 Hardy, all resonite with silver plated keys, for sale. The hard plastic looks like wood. The piccolo is in excellent shape. After purchasing it from the previous owner, I had Jeff Weissman, the piccolo maker, overhaul it and he put his patentend cork topper in the head joint (a $75 value). This is perfect for the beginning to intermediate player and will work very well for marching as well as concert work. I have moved up to a more professional model and am selling this one. Price $325. Please e-mail me if interested.

Sterling Silver tube, 14k embouchure, platinum riser, 14k gold & sterling silver crown, Adler Model. Made by J.R.Lafin in Lorrach, Germany. The 14k Adler (sometimes referred to as "Gold Wings") on the lip plate help to enable remarkably precise control of the air stream of the player. Without the sacrifice of flexibility sometimes caused by a "Wing" design. This headjoint section produces a very focused and penetrating sound, superb for orchestral or solo playing. The platinum riser presents the player with a host of added tonal possibilities throughout the range of the flute in addition to hearty low register articulation and projection. Excellent condition. This headjoint is highly reccommended for players of somewhat larger Japanese flutes seeking tonal refinement, and has been recently fitted for a handmade Muramatsu Flute.

SOLD! Artley Wilkins flute wPearl Headjoint firstname.lastname@example.org - Dallas, Tx USA - Monday, February 19, 2001
Artley Wilkins model flute. Solid Silver. Needs work. Not sure if it can be revived with a a few new pads or if it needs an overhaul. It's priced accordingly. It comes with a Pearl headjoint that comes with Pearl's 761 series flutes, (as well as the original Artley headjoint), that really makes this horn sing. (You can tell that, even as the flute plays now.) Once it's fixed, it will be a very nice horn... Email or call for details: 972-227-2790
